The Herd

The most important teachers have four hoofs. Our herd of horse does change over the years and we typically have between 10-15 we utilize for horseback riding education. We boast a variety of breeds, and types of horses available. Some are masters of beginner education and some are masters of advanced education. A precious few are masters of both.

Our herd is comprised mostly of rescue, rehabilitated, or special needs horses. We have spent time training, provided medical care, or given them jobs within their individual limitations. As part of our dedication to our most valuable educators we ensure they have life sanctuary after they retire. Our commitment to equine stewardship provides us with animals who willingly participate in our mission.
